By accessing or using the Rudood platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use the Service.

Rudood is a cloud-based AI-powered customer service automation platform that enables businesses and merchants to manage customer conversations across:

• WhatsApp Business API • Instagram Graph API • Messenger Platform

The Service includes automated AI response generation, conversation management, data analytics, and business system integration tools.

• You must be at least 18 years of age or represent a legal company or entity to use the Service. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out through your account. • You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use of your account. • We reserve the right to cancel or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Spam: Sending unsolicited promotional messages to individuals who have not consented to receive them. • Violations of Meta Policies: Any activity that violates WhatsApp Business, Instagram, or Messenger terms of service. • Harmful Content: Publishing offensive, discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful content. • Impersonation: Falsely claiming to represent persons or companies you do not represent. • System Abuse: Attempting to breach or disrupt platform security systems.

• Subscription fees are charged based on the plan you selected. • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. • All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or as stated in our published refund policy. • We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with at least 30 days' prior notice. • In the event of late payment, we may suspend or terminate the Service.

• All intellectual property rights related to the platform, including design, code, and trademarks, are owned by Rudood. • Your subscription does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, or resell the platform. • Your business data and your customers' data remain your property at all times. • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.

• Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. • AI Accuracy: AI responses are automated and may not always be accurate; reviewing sensitive replies is your responsibility. • Third-Party Integrations: We are not liable for disruptions or changes to Meta services or third-party providers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees you have paid in the preceding three months. • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. • We may terminate or suspend your Service for violations of these Terms, with prior notice where possible. • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion procedures.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via: • The email address associated with the account. • A prominent notice within the dashboard.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
