How to Request Data Deletion
Send a Deletion Request
Email info@rudood.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", including the email address associated with your Rudood account.
Identity Verification
We will verify your identity within 48 business hours to confirm you are the account owner, protecting your data from unauthorized deletion.
Confirmation
After verification, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your deletion request has been initiated and specifying the expected timeframe.
Deletion Completed
All your data is deleted within 30 days of confirming the request, subject to any legal obligations requiring retention of certain records.
Timeline: Verification requests are processed within 48 business hours, and full deletion is completed within 30 days of request confirmation.
Data That Gets Deleted
Personal Account Data
Name, email address, phone number, and company information
Conversation Records
All AI messages with your customers across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger
Usage Data
Activity statistics, performance reports, and session logs
Payment Data
Removed from our systems, subject to mandatory tax retention requirements
Configuration Files
AI bot settings, response templates, and linked integrations
Deleting Data via Meta Platforms
If you use Rudood via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger, you may also request deletion of your data linked to those platforms independently.
To remove Rudood data linked to your Facebook/Instagram/Meta account: • Open the Facebook or Instagram app. • Navigate to: Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → Rudood. • Tap "Remove" then "Delete Activity".
An automatic notification will be sent to us to initiate deletion of your data associated with that Meta account.
Data Exempt from Immediate Deletion
Due to legal requirements, we may temporarily retain certain data:
• Financial Records: Payment invoices and transaction records as required by tax regulations (up to 7 years). • Legal Compliance Logs: Where required by court order or ongoing legal proceedings. • Aggregated & Anonymized Data: Aggregate statistics that cannot be used to identify you personally.
All other data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Your Rights Under Data Protection Regulations
Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:
• Access: Request a full copy of your data before deletion. • Rectification: Correct any inaccurate data. • Erasure: Request complete deletion of your personal data. • Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format. • Objection: Object to processing of your data for specific purposes.
